This document consists of 2 Terms and Condition types.
Please read these terms and conditions before using Pennore. By continuing, you accept the terms and acknowledge that they apply to the website Pennore.com (including all subpages and domains), as well as your agreement regarding the Pennore service.
General Terms of Service
§1.10 Scope
This Agreement applies to the customer (hereinafter referred to any form of "you" or "Customer"), and Pennore Ltd. (hereinafter referred to any kind of "we" or "us"). Pennore ApS is a Danish private limited company under the Latego ApS with Reg. 30549295. The agreement covers the use of all features and services that are used on Pennore, hereinafter called the Service.
§1.20 General conditions
We have full ownership of the Service or any material belonging to the same, including software and brand. We have the right to use, copy, display, modify, delete, delete, make available to third parties and transfer the information and material you enter on Pennore.
We are always entitled to change these conditions. We are obliged to inform you about changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. We can at any time with immediate effect and without notice make changes caused by laws, rules or authority decisions.
Similarly, as we may change the Terms, we may change the Service and add or remove features. If you object to a change, you are entitled to suspend the Service and stop using it before the change becomes effective. If the change occurs without prior notice, you must discontinue the Service when information about the change is sent to you. If you continue to use the Service after you have received information regarding the change, you will be deemed to have accepted the change in terms and/or functionality. However, Services already provided or in progress, including orders, cannot be cancelled.
§1.30 Use of Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer to give you a better experience. For example, use a cookie to keep you logged in when you browse on our website, so you do not have to re-enter your login information.
Cookies also help us to collect statistics, but they can not tell us who you are; the data is impersonal and used to optimize website. You can delete cookies from your hard drive, and also change settings regarding cookies in your browser. However, this may mean that you can not use some features of the site.
§1.40 Personal data and data protection
To enable us to deliver performance, all personal data you provide will be treated by us and by companies within the same group as us. Your personal data is used to inform you about our services, via e-mail or otherwise. We are also entitled to disclose your personal data to our franchisees or local partners.
We own the rights to access and / or use / make available information about you, your user account and / or the content of your correspondence to: (1) comply with the agreement we have with you, (2) comply with the law or legal injunctions directed at us, (3) conduct and investigate any breach of the Agreement or (4) protect the rights, property or securities, which belongs to us. By accepting these conditions, you agree to our use of your personal data, as described above.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that information provided by customers and business partners is not, and will not be, available to other users beyond what is necessary for Pennore's business purposes. You agree that information will be used for internal, statistical and anonymous evaluation purposes.
§1.50 Registration and Customer orders
When creating your user account/profile, including placing orders as a customer, you are required to enter correct and complete information. You cannot start using the Service or receiving products in accordance with orders placed until you have made the registration or placed the order.
§1.60 Contacting users/profiles
You may not contact other users through the Service, directly or indirectly, including publishing or otherwise sharing or disclosing your contact information with them.
§1.65 Marketing
Direct or indirect advertising, and any other form of marketing on Pennore's website by users on their own behalf or on behalf of others, is not permitted.
Any act contrary to the above shall be considered a material breach of the agreement between Pennore and the User. We reserve the right to delete content on the website, cancel orders and to take any further legal action we deem necessary as a result of the aforementioned breaches.
§1.70 Your responsibilities
It is your responsibility to protect your hardware and software from unauthorized access, viruses, spyware and other forms of intentional code writing. When you are not using the Service, you should be logged off. You are solely responsible for all use of your user account, including changes. You are responsible for storing your user name and password in such a way that unauthorised persons cannot access it. If you suspect that unauthorised persons have gained access to your User Account, you must notify us immediately.
When using the Service, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as rules and other terms set forth in these Terms or any instructions from us. If we become aware of any changes or additions that do not appear to comply with these Terms or applicable law, we are entitled to investigate the matter and determine on our own whether the information should be deleted.
The service may not be used in such a way that it may harm us or our business partners. You are obliged to compensate us for any loss, claim or damage we may suffer as a result of your misuse of the Service. Further, you may not damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service (or the networks connected to the Service) or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, or transmit, make available, or otherwise distribute any portion of the Service.
You are responsible for all costs associated with use of the Service, including broadband and data lines. You are also responsible for any roaming charges incurred when accessing the Service from a country other than the one to which your user account is linked.
§1.80 Appointment Duration and Termination
Our commitment to deliver performance is valid until further notice. Performance may temporarily and without notice, taken out of service because of system failure, maintenance, repair or for reasons which we can not control.
We are entitled to interrupt the performance with immediate effect if (1) you do not comply with your obligations under these conditions, (2) we combine performance with another performance, (3) we modify the conditions of the Service or ( 4) we totally abolish Service.
We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to another party. As a customer you can always stop using the Service.
§1.85 Amendment of Terms and Prices
With a minimum of 30 days prior notice, we reserve the right to make changes to these terms. Notifications regarding changes in terms, including prices, fees, etc., will be made through announcements on the website, billing statements, email, or other customer-specific information.
§1.90 Messages between you and us
All communication between you and us takes place electronically. You can send us messages in the ways described in the Service. You are also responsible for familiarising yourself with the content of any communications sent to you by us. Notices by email will be deemed received by you three (3) days after they are sent. Notices published on the Service will be deemed received by you seven (7) days after publication.
§1.93 Inclusion in Reference List
We are entitled to include the Customer in our reference list. As a customer, you can at any time request to not be used as a reference, after which you will be promptly removed from the list.
By creating a user account or placing an order with Pennore, you also consent to us sending you emails to:
- - Be able to use our "Forgot Password" feature
- - Receive a confirmation email for your orders
- - Receive newsletters, marketing emails and notifications about your profile. If you no longer wish to receive these types of emails, you can unsubscribe at any time through your profile.
§1.95 Other
Any dispute concerning these conditions shall be settled by Danish justice in accordance with Danish law.
Purchase Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of this agreement are to be regarded as and apply only to sales to commercial businesses. You purchase any Services from Pennore ApS (CVR: 30549295 - a subsidiary of Latego ApS), Tranebærparken, Aalborg, Denmark. A payment fee may be added to the order amount depending on the payment type.
§2.10 Accept of membership terms
By registering and/or purchasing services, you agree that Pennore ApS may deduct the agreed amount currently and/or periodically thereafter in accordance with the selected product, when this is a subscription product. When you purchase a subscription, we will automatically renew it until you unsubscribe in your profile.
§2.20 Termination of membership
You can terminate an ongoing subscription at any time, however you will be charged according to the selected product until any commitment period may have expired. 1-year subscription agreements are non-cancellable for the first 6 months, and can, from 1 month before the end of the commitment period, be terminated with 1 month's notice.
§2.30 Receipt for received order and order confirmation
Once you have ordered a product/service from us, you will receive a receipt and order confirmation of our receipt of your order via email. This will also include a link to the terms under which you have ordered the product/service. If there are subsequent updates to our terms, you will be notified of this at least 1 month before they come into force either by email or in connection with logging into your profile, and you will thus have the opportunity to cancel your user registration before the new terms come into force.
§2.40 Cardholders responsibilities and liabilities
Placing an order is binding from the moment the order is completed. The cardholder is obliged to pay the full amount according to the selected product.
§2.50 Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on orders placed. Once an order has been placed, it is binding. However, in certain cases, it may be necessary to change orders or order content, in such cases please contact us as soon as possible with information about what is desired to change. However, an order cannot be changed if work on the order has already started.
§2.60 Procedure for renewal or deletion of card number
If your credit card is closed or otherwise blocked for use, because you have received a new one or for any other reason, your payment will not be completed and your order will be deactivated until payment can be completed. In the case of a new card, the new card number can be provided by contacting us via the support form on our site. We do not recommend sending the new card number by email as this is considered insecure.
§2.70 Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted as payment on Pennore.

§2.80 Complaint
Should you experience any problems or shortcomings in your delivery, such as missing content, wrong product, too few words, etc., please do not hesitate to contact us. It is very important that you describe the problem with your complaint in as much detail as possible. If we can justify your complaint, we will of course help you with a refund or update/replacement of the product as ordered.
Both of the above condition types are effective from 13 July 2023.
All previously published conditions are then no longer applicable.
